What will be in the IELTS exam this time?






 A common question that occupies the mind of many IELTS test takers especially when it comes to IELTS writing task two essay.  It boggles a lot of minds wondering about what topics are going to come in the test paper. However, the topics are fairly predictable.
Task 1 writing questions are commonly specific and detailed in nature. This is because the task itself provides all of the information that one need to attempt the question. You do not have to provide your own ideas or show your knowledge in this section.
So you might get question about the manufacturing process for wooden jigsaw puzzles or the price of tea leaves in Darjeeling or the declining population of girls in India.
On the other hand, Task 2 questions have a more universal approach because these questions have a global focus drawing on the background knowledge of people from all kinds of countries and all walks of life. Thus they are bound to cater and introduce varied topics that are of interest to a wide number of people.
The topics of Human Relationships, Technology, Culture, Society, Education, Business, Travel, Work, Science, Health, Generations are the most common kind of topics mostly included in Task 2 questions. You may see and realize for yourself how general these topics are.
The kinds of topics that come are of a global nature and are of concern and interest to a large number of people. The challenge, however, is to build and develop English language skills in these subject areas. One can keep apprised through issues that are being discussed in the media; newspapers etc and build up the vocabulary on these topics.

9.  Public transport should be free of cost.
10. Orange is the fashionable color for teenagers this year.
