SCHOLASTIC APTITUTE TEST (SAT)
The SAT is a
standardized test, formerly called the Scholastic Aptitude Test and the
Scholastic Assessment Test. The SAT is used by most colleges and
universities in the United States to assist them in selecting
incoming freshmen. The SAT is strictly administered by the College Board
and offered seven times each year.
2. Who takes it and why?
SAT is a
pre-requisite for admission at the Undergraduate level or Bachelors
level (By Indian Standards). The students who are in grades XI and XII
take the test so as to apply at the undergrad level.
